About the room
The room is rented unfurnished but I have some furniture if someone needs it. All utilities included, Wi-Fi included, and Cable TV included in media room. Newer quiet senior community building with elevators, garden, pool, hot tub, meeting rooms, library, pool room, TV rooms, small gym, coin operated laundry room, and plenty of covered parking. Two bedrooms and a large bathroom, I pay for internet and cable TV is available in media room. Kitchen has two regular size refrigerators, one for each roomie, many cabinets and roomie can use my kitchen accessories. Every community resident has to be on a lease, I am looking for anyone above 40 who can pass a credit and background check as required by my landlord’s management company, for a $40 fee. It is more like a formality, but it is for the security of all the tenants in the community. The minimum lease period is twelve months with two month notice to end the lease. The community has transportation twice a week to the most popular local supermarkets (Walmart, Smiths, Winco, Trader Joe’s, Smart & Final, Dollar Tree, etc.) If you can manage all of this, we should have a great time.
About the roomies
I prefer people who do not smoke, may drink socially, and are not gambler addicts.
