My partner and I are currently moving into a two bedroom apartment, and are looking to fill the second room. The total rent is around $1650, so we’re preferably looking for a couple to make that significantly cheaper for everyone. Most utilities are included in the rent, the only exceptions being electricity and gas. The apartment allows for a single cat or dog per room. The apartment also allows for one car in the parking lot per bedroom, and my partner and I share a vehicle so there can be onsite parking for one additional car.The apartment comes with a shared bathroom upstairs and a half bathroom downstairs. There is no on site washer or dryer. We brought a lot of our own furniture to the apartment, so most is furnished but the bedroom isn’t be. My girlfriend does have a snake, so if you’re afraid of reptiles it might not be a good fit. The snake is a ball python and is very sweet. The apartment is a short drive from the downtown area, and close to the shopping areas on Milton.

There are two us living here, so we’re each going to write a bit about ourselves Tyler I’m a nerd and a bookworm, with interests primarily in the fantasy genre. I work as a driver for Groome Shuttles, taking people down to the phoenix airport. I’m really not sure what else to put here, writing about myself feels awkward. I love connecting with people over pets, books, games, and other nerdy things. I deal with a lot of chronic fatigue, so I tend to be fairly low-key when I’m home from work, unless you get me on a subject I’m super passionate about, which will immediately revive me and get me talking for hours. I can get along easily with just about anyone.
