We are only looking for a responsible female tenants to rent a room with private bathroom and closet in our 6 bed rooms and 4 bath room two story beautiful house. It is available from January 25 , 2020. I am living with my wife in this house. I am a math professor and my wife works full time job.

The house is located in a safe and clean neighborhood at West Palmdale one minutes from Palmdale Shopping Mall and two minutes from the 14 freeway. Near to Lockheed, Northrop Grumman, Boeing, NASA, General Atomic, Edwards Airforce base.

The tenant will have full access to the house kitchen, cable/WiFi , washer/dryer, and all utilities are included.

Professionals in education, aerospace, travel nurse, and military as well as college students are welcome.

No pets, no drugs, and no smoking.

The rent is $850/month. Refundable deposit: $300. Term: 3 months or longer.

She must have a proof of income to qualify.
