I’m listing my townhouse for rent. I’m renting this townhome from one of my family members and am looking for a roomie! To give you background, it is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath town house, with a functioning kitchen and washer and dryer. Also, comes with a porch, basement, and backyard (small but feasible). I’ll be moving in May and will be able to post pictures then. But, I have visited the property previously before and it’s very spacious.

About the roomies

A little about myself… I’m a dog mom who loves to travel, go out to eat at new places, I’m a huge yapper lol, and I like to go to church on Sundays, read and roller skate :) I’m looking for a roommate who is also possibly a yapper lol and if not someone who is just kind and respectable towards her roommate. This is only for females and those who are comfortable with medium dogs, I have a bernedoodle for context. The property is also 10-15 minutes away from temple university for reference too so great for a responsible student as well. I’m not into partying so I’m looking for more of a low maintance roommate.
