My home is located on a quiet cul de sac street in Oxnard. It’s a two story, 4 bedroom 3 and a half bathroom. Located five minutes away from the Port of Hueneme Naval Base. Walking distance from local supermarkets, restaurants, The Harbor and parks.
I have one room, a shared bathroom for $1300 a month. The kitchen and dining room are accessible. Full access to the living room, and backyard. All utilities are included with the rent. There are no washers and dryer hookups. However, laundromats are close in the area.

The other roommate is always working. He’s easy going and stays to himself. We live a DRAMA FREE life and would like to keep it that way. I would like a good, clean roommate I can trust in my home.
