It is through ODU rent, It’s pretty spacious with four bedrooms, two bathrooms .a kitchen and a living room. looking for someone to take over my roommates lease in July 2026 it’s through ODU rent so Rent is 545 electricity not included. You don’t need to be a student If you make three times the rent. Female roommates preferred, no smoking indoors. We do keep it clean, few guests and noise down. There is a $300 deposit, a background check, and if you’re over 26 and not a student credit check but not a hard pull
