You have your own sunshine filled room (furnished or unfurnished) on the 2nd floor with ensuite full bathroom and closet, on the 2nd floor. The open floor plan 1st floor shares living space, dining and full kitchen - refrigerator, gas stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave. Washer and dryer (electric) also on main floor with powder bath. An unfinished basement provides possible additional storage.
Garage parking possible/negotiable, otherwise off street or driveway parking.
A separate guest bedroom is also on the 2nd floor. Your out of town friends/guests are welcome -please check with/coordinate availability with roommates.
Father (57), son (20), and father’s brother). We are all busy in different pursuits. I’m the homeowner/roommate and generally work remote. I’m often out of town on weekends or for a full week. I work from a separate 1st floor home office so there may be muted background voice/conversation during the daytime 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. My girlfriend may visit once or twice a month over the weekend.
My son (20) is a part-time college student. He’s generally busy with college studies, gaming, social time with a couple friends, and going to the gym.
My brother is typically gone from 7 am to 6:30 pm.
It’s a mostly quiet household day and night - good environment for remote work.
We are friendly, social, easy-going, enjoy cooking and music. We’re open to socializing as much, or as little, as you want. I occasionally have a drink at home.
Shares living spaces are kept generally clean and organized on an everyday basis.
