About the room
Rent a private bedroom 9’11”X13’2” that is 130.5sqft total. The bedroom is located on the walkout level of our 2,177sqft four-level split home. The bathroom will be shared with one other renter. The family room, living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, patio and yard are shared with all the housemates. The home is on a quiet cul-de-sac, bordered by many trees, near Carver Lake Park and highway 494.
No pets, no smoking. Fast internet and all bills included. Simple month to month rent payment. Storage shelves for you in the basement and garage.
The room can be furnished for you with a queen bed or a twin bed, a dresser, and a nightstand. Or you can bring your own furniture.
Our family of 4 occupies the bedrooms on the top floor. We have a male housemate who occupies the room in the basement.
About the roomies
Our family is a couple in our 30s with two upper elementary school kiddos. We extend an inclusive welcome for people of all identities to inquire about living with us. We hope to have housemates that would like to share a meal together every so often so we can get to know each other.
