The property in which I currently live is pretty quiet, doesn’t have a ton of units, and it is relatively close to the beach. There is a grocery store (Vons) within a 5 minute walk. Parking may be possible within the community. It is a 2BR 1.5BA.

The place is more or less furnished with the exception of your room. Changes could be made to accommodate whatever you have though. I’m pretty laid back, lol.

I have lived here for about 6 years. It is ~ a 20 minute walk to the beach or ~ 10 minutes to the lagoon. I have an extra bedroom that I am looking to rent out. You’d pretty much have your own bathroom though the shower in that bathroom would be shared.

I am looking for a roommate who is cool, plain and simple. I do not have any pets, kids, or a significant other or whatever, and I rarely have people over.

Me: I’m 41, quiet, respectful and clean.

I do enjoy going to the beach a lot, camping, and traveling as well as much as possible.

You would have to be on the lease at this property which just includes a credit check. I’d prefer someone who would like to stay at least a year. I’m not asking for a security deposit since it’s already been paid, but there would be a $150 “roommate addition fee” per the property management company.

No pets are allowed, unfortunately. There are two laundry facilities onsite.
