Outside off-street parking for 1 vehicle. – I’m looking to share house, yard and my two very friendly dogs with a progressively minded, mentally mature and financially responsible single male of any age. No pets (sorry) because two very friendly dogs already live here. – You will share all household amenities but will mainly have run of the newly remodeled basement: The bedroom with large egress window and a 3/4 bath with large shower are fully private; a new well-equipped kitchen, and small gym with erg machine and some weights are semi-private; and the living/den area with large screen TV, poker table and dining/bar area is fully shared. Laundry with newish washer and dryer is on the main floor and eco-friendly detergent sheets also provided and included in rent. – Great location within walking distance of Sunset Park and “the beach” pool with easy access to downtown via College Avenue and all parts of the Fox Valley via 441. It’s just a short hop to the Kimberly YMCA. Shopping, restaurants, and movie theater are all nearby. – You have choice of paying $200 per week or $825 per month all bills paid. Rent will be discounted for assisting with yard work in summer and snow removal in winter. – Since I hope to find a long-term tenant (6 months minimum but prefer 12 months or more), providing personal references, employment verification, and chatting for a bit to ensure compatibility will be appreciated. – Tours provided upon request to interested parties.
