I am offering an upstairs bedroom that has two big windows, and a closet with shelves and hanging space. The room comes with a space heater and a window A/C unit, but otherwise is unfurnished.

Fiber optic - internet, utility bills, and laundry are included. There is only one shared bathroom on the downstairs floor.

The house is newly renovated with new appliances, in a quiet and calm neighborhood next to a school. There are several living rooms and, therefore, a lot of space to entertain or to spread out. It is a great place to commute to GR or Lansing, and is right next door to historic downtown Ionia. It is walking distance from many restaurants and amenities.

Looking for a calm, reliable male roommate. Needs to be non-smoking (all varieties).

There is one male roommate upstairs in a private bedroom. Downstairs is the male homeowner. I have a 4-year-old half the time and a (85lb Great Pyrenees) dog who, unfortunately, never stops shedding; however, I value cleaning up after myself and being considerate of others. Both dog and kiddo stay downstairs at all times. The house and neighborhood tend to be pretty quiet and chill.
