The apartment is called Taylor House located right on Bethel Road. Very convenient to gas stations, grocery stores, restaurants, and Columbus parks. The property has a number of unique features that I love. A pool + grill area open year-round for all tenants, pet-friendly park completely enclosed by the property, and they also throw at least 2 events for tenants per month that provide food, drinks, and entertainment. Looking for someone to take over my lease that runs until the end of September 2026. As I am looking for someone to take over my share of the lease, a background check as well as income verification will be asked of by leasing company prior to approval of move in. I am currently living here with my best friend. She is 24 years old currently starting off her career in social work. She has 1 adult male dog that she adopted less than a year ago. Due to the uncertainty of how he is around other animals, we prefer someone to come in that does not have a pet. We maintain a neat and tidy common area and have great communication regarding the bills we share.
