Strictly for those on a very tight budget, between jobs or in a temporary difficult situation, this small berth (40 sq.ft. cubicle room with curtain) is only ideal for someone who wants a nice home to live in and a place to lay their head – and who has little belongings as there is no storage other than what fits in the desk, cabinets and shelves. Will have access to all common areas including kitchen and large backyard. All utilities included.

• NOTE: Priority consideration for this low price given to either an able-bodied man able to help owner with household projects and/or anyone with a background and reliable references in general housekeeping (cleaning only, no laundry or cooking required).

ABOUT THE PLACE: House is very spacious and in a very safe upscale neighborhood notable for its palm tree-lined boulevards and several golf courses just 1-2 miles from five major supermarket chains and multiple service providers with just about every major commercial establishment (restaurants, entertainment and big box/chain stores) you can imagine within 5 miles. It’s just a 20 min. drive to downtown/Central Phoenix but in an exclusive and safe suburb away from the urban mess – in fact we moved back to the West Valley suburbs where we lived up until 26 years ago to be in a nice, clean and safe area again – without paying exorbitant prices. With three major freeways (Interstate 10, Loop 101 and the newer Loop 303 that provides a quick and always traffic-free link to North Phoenix) just a couple miles away in three different directions, navigating anywhere in the Valley of the Sun is pleasantly convenient!

SKILLED PROFESSIONALS: May consider ongoing, long-term discount off the rent in exchange for ongoing work at the house if experienced with (or your trade is) housecleaning, pool maintenance, repair work, etc.
