Bedroom with shared bathroom available for rent in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment starting September 1st. Your future roommates are two professionals (29 female and 33 male). You will need to pass the credit check of the leasing office to be added to the lease and renters insurance in your name is required. The base rent for the room is $725 not including utilities, which we split equally (expect between $80 to $130 per person depending on the season). We have Verizon internet. There is lots of free parking in the apartment complex. There is a gym and pool on site. We are 12 minutes from the Vienna metro, 2 minutes from grocery stores (safeway, Harris Teeter, Walmart, Wegmans) and there are lots of restaurants and shopping close by (Fair Oaks mall 5 min). Also we live really close to bike trails and a nice lake.

We two very friendly and welcoming young professionals (29 and 33) who enjoy cooking, drinking tea, and relaxing together after a long day at work/school. However, we are also very respectful of other people’s spaces and will totally understand if our future roomie would rather have some alone-time at the end of the day.
