10x11 tile room with 2 nice sized windows and big closet. Garden level in a large home. Shared full bathroom with 2 sinks and own closet shelves and own medicine cabinet. Kitchen is big with gas stove and oven,and nice individual storage. There is well behaved medium dog. We have lived here for 8 years. There is a music studio in one of the 4 bedrooms. Central a/c.

There are 2 males, mid 50’s and 30’s, living here currently. We are friends and both work full time. I am a musician and am in a local band. We rehearse once a week for 2 hrs in the studio,and the rest of the week is quiet and peaceful. We keep the common areas(kitchen,bathroom) clean as a joint effort. We are both sober,and drug free,but don’t mind if you use 420.
