About the room: Nicely furnished master bedroom for rent with a large, private bathroom. Comfy memory foam Queen-size mattress. Very quiet location and looking for a quiet single renter who can honor quiet hours between 10 pm-7 am. No overnight guests are permitted without permission. The other rooms are also rented to working professionals that age from 22-55 years old. They are all quiet, clean, and respectful.
This home in Marina is in a great location and quick access to Hwy 1 and many great restaurants, fast foods, and major shops. It is close to just a very short drive from house to almost every major attraction in the Peninsula of Monterey. The room is perfect for military/students/contracts/professionals studying or working in NPS (8 miles), CSUMB (.08 miles), MPC (9 miles), MIIS (9 miles), DLI (10 miles in Monterey), and Professionals in Chomp Hospital in Ryan Ranch (10miles), CHOMP near Pebble Beach (11 miles) and Flight Attendants/Pilots in Monterey Airport (10 miles), City of Salinas (9 miles), City of Watsonville (20 mi), etc.
