Please note female preferred. The room is medium size and quite comfortable. Provided is a full size bed along with fresh linen. The room comes with a smart tv, WiFi, desk and chair, air conditioner, dresser, full length mirror, hamper and trash barrel. The house is a Queen Victorian with four levels and three apartments. Two apartments have 3 bedrooms on each floor and it’s own kitchen and bathroom. The other two levels are owner occupied. All apartments have their own character and design. There is plenty of sunshine and warmth. On the outside has one deck on the third floor, two decks with gazebos in the backyard and two porches on the first floor.

One bus ride to the following Hospitals and Schools: Northeastern University, Wentworth Institute, Simmons College, Emmanuel College, Wheelock, UMass College, Harvard Medical, Harvard Public, Massachusetts School of Pharmacy, Beth Israel Hospital, Brigham and Women, Dana Farber and Children Hospital.

Commuter rail 2 stops to South Station, Seaport District and Financial District.

Please note female preferred. All tenants are either graduate students, medical traveling professionals or business professionals. The present roommates have a friendly, generous and supportive relationship. Everyone is involved in cleaning the kitchen and bathroom. So good housekeeping is important.
