Available room will has brand new laminate flooring. Includes a nice-sized walk-in closet. All utilities, internet, and monthly professional cleaning of common areas included in rent. Bathroom is shared with two other female tenants.
House is ideally located. 1 block to Retro Row, Salud, and Art Theater. 3 blocks to Beach and Yoga on the Bluff, 10 minutes to DTLB. Easy access to all major transportation.
We conduct credit check and background check. 1st month rent + 1 month deposit required to move in.
