About the property
Looking for a gainfully employed, mature, roommate to join me in my recently purchased new home. All new appliances - everything is new! South side of LHC, 10 minutes to downtown.
Male, female, doesn’t matter as long as you know the difference. My previous Roomies in my prior home were female and I’m certain they will provide references on me. Roomie is responsible for 1/3 of utilities. More if I’m traveling.
No pets because I already have 2 dogs. I prefer a quiet lifestyle so no parties. Occasional overnight guest ok.
Non-smoker, non-vaper only! Room can be furnished or not, if you have your own furniture.
Must provide evidence of income and employment history. Compatible personality a must. Bonus points if you like to fish. 😊
