The property is 1000 sq ft in goose Hollow Portland. I would like to find preferably a couple, to move into the spare bedroom, but am also okay with a single person moving in as well. Due to a recent increase, rent would be 1300 for a couple (650 for each) And 1010 if a single person were to move in. Utilities are a flat rate fee of 120(included in the rent portion) not including electric, all utilities will be split evenly. I am willing to negotiate rent pricing and room choice if a couple moves in as I currently reside in the bigger of the rooms. There are two bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms and in unit laundry. The bathroom with the shower is a shared bathroom, but I am nightshift so will likely be doing my showering and other bathroom activities when you aren’t home or asleep. There are giant windows in the upstairs living room with a view of the entire downtown city. The living room is now furnished with a large couch, 75inch tv, table for eating or other projects, etc. I’m very lax on decor and don’t mind whoever moving in deciding to decorate the house however, I already have some of my own decor hanging up throughout the house. The kitchen is spacious and there is a dishwasher, oven/stovetop, fridge and microwave. The location is nice because you are still in the downtown area, but without all of the chaos at your front door. There is one parking spot available as well as street parking. It is a very quiet neighborhood, though we are near the highway so there is some traffic noise from time to time. There are two kitties living on the property, a 4 yo brown tabby named Banjo and a 3 yo black longhair named Toof. They are very friendly and love attention. I am fine with another animal as long as they are fine with my kitties, though I would probably prefer no extra animals if possible.

IMPORTANT NOTE My current roommate is moving out within the next 1 to 3 months, but there is no set date, I need to find someone who can be flexible on move in times. Beginning of August is the latest he will be out. But could be out sooner.

I am a 27 year old who works as a designated support person for mentally disabled people, but I’m currently in school to become a tattoo artist! I am friendly and considerate towards the people I’m living with. Tidy and conscious in shared spaces. I am open towards building a friendship with people I am living with, but if a more professional roommate situation is wanted then I can honor that as well and keep to myself. I am currently very busy with work, school and friends so I am not home super often at the moment, and when I am I am usually in my room. My kitties Banjo and Toof are very friendly and loving, Toof especially.
