Quiet Carmichael neighborhood near Mission north park,I enjoy having a clean home and I clean weekly and also have a housekeeper that comes once a month and deep cleans for me. House is 4 bedroom 2 bath with fireplace and inside laundry. I do have an Amazon Parrot so no dogs or cats will be allowed.

About the roomies

I own my home and live alone and have been considering getting a roommate to share my house with. I am retired and enjoy meeting friends for lunch or dinner once in a while, I also enjoy cooking good meals. House is 2,000 sq ft and new roommate would have access to kitchen, Laundry , parking available in driveway. utilities would be included. I would be renting the room for $200.00 per week including utilities. I Prefer female roommate.
