Available is the Lower-Level Bedroom. Lower level has its own cooking area (fridge, Stove and Microwave), living room area and bathroom. The lower level is used by one male renter who is very rarely present who has his daughter two weekends a month. When he is present he makes use of the lower level common areas on occasion.
