Welcome to the perfect place to rent a room! Located on Melanie Way in Livermore directly across the street from LLNL and Sandia Labs. Rooms are rented mostly to LLNL and Sandia interns and employees, but all are welcome! Female only due to rest of the house rooms are currently rented to females. ALL utilities are included in rent, nothing “extra” you need to pay, no surprises, everything here is very straight forward.

About the home: -short, mid or possibly long term ok

-rooms are fully furnished with everything you need, new Dream Cloud full size mattress, desk and chair, closet and cubby organizers, flat screen smart TV, ceiling fan, high speed wi-fi, plantation shutters, nightstands, plenty of natural light and adjustable lighting, central heating and cooling always kept at comfortable temperature. Outside bike storage.

-light kitchen cooking and full laundry privileges. Each person has dedicated space in bathroom, kitchen for dry good and space in refrigerator/freezer.

-Cleaner comes once a month to clean entire house and all rooms including changing sheets. There is no cleaning you need to do except keep your room neat and pick up after yourself when using kitchen. Toilet paper, kitchen supplies, cooking items are all provided and available for everyone’s use.

-This is a drug, alcohol, smoke, pet, children, drama free home. There is no nonsense here. It is a professional, mature, responsible, clean, safe, quiet environment. It is for one person only. No overnight guests or people coming and going. No other storage on the property other than room itself. Close street parking in front of house.

This is the best room with the most to offer for the price. Owner has been renting rooms on and off for 20+ years and is a professional local Realtor in town. Everything is taken care of for you here. References of past or current occupants available upon request.
