Room Available: Private furnished room on ground floor with large closet, beautiful writers desk and new storage twin bed and new bureau. Ample storage with a large closet, a storage bed and a large bureau. The house is around 1600sf with 3 full bedrooms and a loft. There are very high ceilings and the layout is great. You will share a bathroom with 1 other person. Although we love pets, we can’t have any. Also, the room is 1 single bed, so no couples. Finally, we are a No drugs household here. Thank you!

If you stay more than 3 months, we can do $1000/month.

Property Features: We have a propane fire pit in the backyard along with a large table for entertaining. Additionally, a mini wood burning fire pit for lovely evenings outdoors. We have recently planted an edible garden, so tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, radishes, and herbs await for tasty salads soon. We also have a delicious Loquat tree, dragon fruit , and newly planted peach and apricot trees on property too. The location is on Gold Coast Drive walkable to Miramar college and Mira Mesa Blvd near the 15, so it is very easy to get to from the freeway (3-5 minutes) and every store you will ever need is within 10 minutes away (Trader Joes, Sprouts, Smart n Final, Home Depot, etc). We are also a 5 min drive to Miramar Marine base. This is a quiet neighborhood with fabulous and friendly neighbors. There is ample street parking available.

About You: We are looking for an easy going, light-hearted soul. Someone who pays bills on time and is respectful. Someone, for example, who helps start the dishwasher and puts dishes away as needed, helps with trash, or basic house duties as needed. Ideally you’re a vegetarian as we are veggies here. Bonus points if you like gardening or yard work (or would like to improve your green thumb). Also, we prefer someone who either works and/or goes to school.

We (2 of us) are both working professionals. We are in our 40s and 50s. We travel to India yearly, so you will find images and statues around home from the east. We are playful, love to laugh and have fun, yet each like our own space too.
