Two small bedrooms available with a private bathroom. Renter would have use of both bedrooms, due to the sizes being smaller. The community has a pool, lake, and a park. Located near Gladstone in Clay County. All appliances including washer and dryer in working order. Living room, kitchen and laundry area would be shared. Looking for someone who will stay for at least 9 months, open to longer if things go well. Living room is furnished, bedrooms would not be furnished. The background check is required by the community.

I’m rather boring. I like to read, there is a lake in our community that I love to go fishing at when the weather decides to play nice. I spend most of my time in my room when I’m home. I stay to myself, and am very quiet.
