The house is in a quiet neighborhood. It has a small fenced in back yard with a concrete slab patio. All utilities are included in the rent. The shared spaces in the house are the living room, kitchen, and laundry room. There is a driveway and garage available. There is two rooms available and they share a bathroom.

Hi! My name is Nick, and I’m a working professional with a very structured and active lifestyle. I work full-time on an early schedule (4 AM – 4 PM), so I tend to keep a consistent routine and usually turn in around 11pm during the week. Because of that, I’m generally a quiet and respectful roommate who values a calm and clean living environment. I love cooking so I could easily cook household meals. Outside of work, music, gaming, hiking, and travels is what I find myself doing often. I do have a dog but he’s extremely friendly.
