-THIS LOCATION IS 15 MINUTES TO: downtown Phoenix, Old Town Scottsdale, Downtown Mesa, Downtown Chandler and of course Downtown Tempe is 5 minutes. Airport is 10 minutes.

ABOUT THE BEDROOMS: (all my room rentals) Each Bedroom has wood floors, ceiling fan and European inspired design. Very “aesthetic pleasing” space to come home to and relax!! All rooms can be furnished with all new Modern Furniture; Bed, Dresser, Media Storage, Desk and more!! I have each bedroom custom tailored to one’s needs. Each room includes bed frame with moodlighting and headboard reading lamps.)

• Focus on work and fun, ENJOY LIFE! (only clean up duties in the kitchen after done cooking)

ABOUT THE POOL/PATIO: (NEW POOL!) Patio has European Resort inspired furniture for total relaxation… one bed, and many lounge chairs occupy the patio space with a large pool. With that a bbq grill is also available for use and outside bar/dining area

ABOUT THE COMMON AREA: Kitchen has a huge dining room in addition a coffee bar and wet bar. Everyone respects each other’s liquor, so you don’t have to worry anyone drinking it. Living room has a huge, lazy couch, Flat Screen TV (typically everyone is to themselves weeknights prepping for workdays) ALL ULTITIES INCLUDED except for internet (gaming has affected usage so everyone needs to get their own plan)

• This is a household of hard-working folks, working towards the same goal: to achieve success and grow with positive energy. No toxicity. We are EDM music / festival vibes. Down to earth guys. Not the frat-boy type of household

THE VIBE IS…. during the week it’s all about work. For the most part it’s quiet… go to bed early get up early 9 to 5 type of thing. Weekends go out and have fun or/and or chill next to pool side/bbq awesome meals.
