We have all brand-new carpet and paint inside and outside of the home.
Bedroom #1 is located on the first floor, is fully furnished, and features a private bathroom with a TV already installed on the wall. This is $1200 a month.
Bedroom #2 is located on the 2nd floor, is unfurnished, and features a 70-inch TV mounted on the wall. It shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with room #3 and is a spacious room with a view of the backyard pool and an open area behind the house. $1200 a month
Bedroom #3 is on the 2nd floor and shares a bathroom, a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, with Bedroom #2. This room is a little smaller but has a balcony and a view of the front yard. $1200 a month

You’ll have full access to the kitchen, backyard, pool, BBQ area, and plenty of street parking. Enjoy the hot tub as well!
I’m a single dad with two daughters, ages 12 and 15, so I have some household rules. I’m looking to rent to females only Ideally, students should attend schools nearby. Traveling Nurses No men are allowed in the house, No pets, and no smoking. No sleepovers and no kids No Food in bedrooms The rental is month-to-month at $1,200, which includes all utilities and Wi-Fi. You will also have access to the washer and dryer. I only have my kids every other week, and I maintain a clean environment with the help of a monthly maid. I enjoy cooking, so there will be plenty of opportunities for you to enjoy some free meals. I’ve included plenty of pictures to show the quality of the house and yard. There will be a $600 Deposit also.
