NO SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED. this is negotiable because I know how hard life is I can work with just the monthly rent at move in, but if someone else has the first and last i will be choosing the first and last at move in, SINGLE TENANT ONLY, NO COUPLES, Utilities are INCLUDED (electricity, heat, water). Two roomates, me, My name is Omi, I am a full time working Professional, and Caroline is the other roomate, FT working professional both in our 30’s, I am mostly out of the house during the week. I have two young children under age 10 i get on weekends, but will rarely be home on weekends, which changes with the winter season.
