Hey there! My partner and I are looking for a friendly, respectful roommate to fill our extra room in our townhouse in Rockville.
We’d love to find someone who’s a student or young professional who’s clean, respectful, and chill to be around.

📅 Available to move in on March 8th (Can consider for early move-in)

• Preferable travel nurses, working professionals, students and interns. Room can only accomodate 1 person, no couples.

🏡 The Home & Room

• The room is cozy and fully furnished with an office desk, a comfy chair, and an RGB lamp. There is a study room set up downstairs in the basement if you want something more open space and bigger than your room.
• You’ll be sharing a clean, well-maintained bathroom with another current/future roommate. The house is super safe, quiet, and in a great neighborhood.

• No overnight guests
• No smoking, heavy drinking, or partying
• No additional pets (sorry, our cat is enough of a handful 😆)
• Must be cat-friendly—our cat loves to roam the house

My partner and I enjoy a chill and quiet home environment—we’re pretty laid-back and value a comfortable, relaxed space. I love cooking and sharing good food, and we’re looking for a roommate who we genuinely enjoy living with. We’re selective because we want to create a home where everyone feels at ease.

We’re in our late 20s and early 30s. My partner works in tech and is very passionate about his work. He follows a hybrid schedule, spending about half the month working from home and the other half traveling for work. So for the most part, it’ll just be me at home.

Despite loving the outdoors, we don’t get out as much as we’d like—so if you love hiking, camping, or nature activities, drag us along! 😆

The house is generally very quiet, but you’re welcome to host study groups, have a few friends over during the day, or enjoy a movie night in the common area. We just ask that you keep things respectful and avoid overnight guests.
