Master bedroom available in a 2bed 1bath in Lansdale, PA, off South Broad Street. Great place to live in a quiet neighborhood, a short walk away from Whites Road park and Lansdale station. Utilities include water, sewer, electricity and typically comes upto $80-$200 depending on the season per person after splitting. Washer and Dryer is free to use in the basement. Grocery Outlet, Wendy’s and some nice restaurants are at a walking distance. Plenty of parking both off street and driveway area.
