Walking distance bars, restaurants, cafes, etc. It has a nice patio in the back with area for a table and Adirondack chairs. Housemates are middle-age 2 males and 1 female and are downstairs. Everyone is employed and is warm-welcoming. All potential tenants must be OK with cats.
