Only 6 month ($1250/mo) or 1 year lease ($1150/mo).

Our process includes a FT call to meet and answer any questions while you tour the home. Then if you’d like to move forward, we request a photo ID and 2 paystubs. We then send a copy of the lease to your email. Once the lease is signed, you’re granted access to the home

Hello, we are a couple of RNs who purchased this home, recently got job positions in the Bay, and are looking to rent out the home. This is a home of full time working adults who are looking for a quiet place to relax. The adults in the home are also working and/or in school, in mid-20s to 30s.
