Quiet neighborhood off Hikes Lane, close to bus routes and shopping areas. Washer and dryer in unit, all utilities included. Asking for a deposit due to last person causing drywall and carpet damage, will negotiate on that.

About the roomies

I’m 45 and work out of town in Evansville Indiana and stay there nearly all the time so I’m rarely home. I’m very clean, friendly and laid back. There is 1 GIG high speed internet available. Room is unfurnished, though i do have a cot if you need it temporarily.
