Property is a beautiful 4 bed, 3.5 bath home with a theater room, wood burning fireplace, book nook and fenced backyard. The available rental room is the downstairs master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, large closet, and own living room area.

My fiancé and myself own this home and recently completed renovating it. Our adorable dogs, Grizzly and Keva, are extremely lovable tenants as well. The theater room, book nook, and kitchen/laundry room areas are shared spaces in the house. We both work long days in engineering jobs in town and love to explore the mountains on the weekends or enjoy a good TV show binge. We are looking for a roommate that works full time and is respectful of the common spaces in the house and enjoys their privacy and own private time as well. We’ve moved for work in the past, and all of our roommates along the way have tended to be wonderful people that we became close friends with–we are hoping to continue that streak!
