About the room
House is a 4bed 3bath, What I have is a bedrooms that you can choose from to rent, only renting one room out so you will be the only other in the building, I have one room semi furnished, bed, tv, desk and a chair.
The bathroom is not attached to the room but is in the hallway and that is yours to have as well as a closet in the hallway for extra space
Parking space in front of the house room for two cars, garage is utilized for equipment + gym equipment that you can use as well.
Including all utilities with rent does not vary even during summer months. Big pantry in the house with many cabinets to for each
About the roomies
Iām 37, recently divorced just looking for a Roommate to assist with some of the financials, super quiet Iām too myself.
I do have animals, 3 cats and 2 birds (occupy a room) they are very sweet and nice and I can keep them in the room majority when I am away as I work at the airport and will be gone most days / mornings close.
I can be social and quiet depending on what you prefer. I do not much make noise in the night as I am in bed most nights by 9pm-11pm
I also have a master bedroom I can rent out that I am using if someone has a kid + themselves, it will be probably between 1200 a month as it is a master + own bathroom and walk in closet with the semi furnished is a possibility.
