Your room will be unfurnished to have your own personal touch. Safe part of town. What you’ll be getting for the property itself is a beautiful fenced in backyard, a private bathroom, a shared office area so you have ample room in your…room. Lol The room itself can fit a Queen bed and has a walk-in closet. There is ample parking as this has a 2-car garage and is on a corner lot of a col-de-sac.

It will be just me and my pup Wrigley (border collie mix) living here. Rigs is crate trained, is quiet, and only barks if he is alerted by something which gives a nice peace of mind. I’m a graphic designer that works in Atlanta, so will be gone most weekdays except for the occasional remote day 1-2x a week. I also love anything active, being outside is my go-to if it’s nice out. I’m usually out and about during Saturdays to enjoy the weekend. I’d like to keep all common areas tidy, if you love to have convos, great! If not, I get it and will give you your space. All I ask is for clear communication.
