About the room

LaRock Lodge, Lower level. Your private bedroom and private bathroom are downstairs. The bedroom across the hall will remain vacant as it is a guest bedroom. Fully furnished; towels and linens are provided, queen bed, personal apartment-size refrigerator and pantry; beautifully maintained landscaping, a colorful front yard, a courtyard on blue pavers, 3 parking spaces (one will be assigned to you) and garage storage. We’ve installed 4 security cameras, security lights throughout, and keypad deadbolts on all doors. You’ll enjoy Culligan soft water and reverse osmosis. A regulation pool table, ping pong, air hockey, BBQ, smoker, fire pit, a large swing set/slides/forts on a sand lot for kids and grands, a rose garden, and an uphill hiking trail. We have 2 friendly dogs who occasionally bark at residents coming home from work. We welcome your pet. We aim to make you feel at home. A 6-month lease is required. $1,000 monthly plus $500 refundable deposit. All tenants have 650+- CREDIT SCORE. We do require a credit check and a criminal check.
