About the room

Room:

Fully furnished* room w/ a walk-in closet and brand new furnishings & appliances. There’s a full bathroom nearby the room.

*The place can be offered unfurnished for a lower rental price.

There’s a twin bed w/ bed frame charger outlets, a new 10inch mattress, a pull-out/push-in bedframe storage-saver drawer at the end of the bed, and a wall outlet next to the bed for convenience.

There’s a nightstand next to the bed w/ a crystal lamp.

There’s a walk-in closet w/ a ceiling motion-activated light & an outlet available inside.

Inside the closet is a hanging rod (hangers provided) & racks going from bottom to top making 4 levels of rack storage space (not including the space between the floor and the first rack for additional storage).

There is internet/WiFi provided at no cost and a smart TV.

There’s a large desk, with a desk chair, to use as a dedicated work or entertainment space for large desktop set-ups & monitors, laptops, and a smart TV. There’s additional space on top for kitchen appliances as well.

Below the desk is plenty of free storage space large enough for suitcases, space-savers / drawers, and/or any personal belongings.

There’s a new large fridge w/ freezer for groceries & other perishable items. There’s a large mirror, hot-&-cold water dispenser (not yet shown in photos), coffee-maker, toaster, and microwave provided in the room.

The bathroom is a full bathroom, it has a long shower tub and the toilet comes with a bidet.

*The bathroom is shared with only one person.

Property:

It’s a single story house. There’s a driveway available for use.

Area:

Safe, quiet area. We are located in the heart of it. Police station, post office, town library, and a neighborhood park all within walking distance.

Public transit / bus stops within walking distance as well.

Major grocery & food chains, and various gas stations/marts within 5 minutes of driving.

Drive a little further and there is Ocean County Mall, Ocean County College, Ocean Medical Center Hospital, and an Airport.

We are looking for employed tenants.

Smoking, drinking (& bringing any alcohol substances inside the house), and inviting guests to the property are not permitted.

Important:

Security deposit is two weeks of rent, and is non-refundable.

Rent is every week or every two weeks. The tenant can choose.

For example: rent every week would be $325, rent every two weeks would be $650.

Gas, electric, and water bills are shared, payment amount depends on the bill, open to discussion/negotiation.
