Looking for a roommate starting July 17th through March (about 8 months) who would enjoy sharing a home centered around gardening, growing food, composting, creativity, and intentional living.

This is a 2 bed / 1 bath basement space with shared kitchen and laundry access, plus access to outdoor living spaces, a large productive garden, garage workspace, and plenty of room for projects.

💰 Rent: $1,400/month 💧 Utilities: Usually $100–150/month

About the Home

This isn’t your typical rental.

The house is full of plants, gardens, seedlings, harvest baskets, handmade projects, cozy spaces, and people who genuinely enjoy taking care of the little ecosystem we’ve built here.

We compost food scraps, recycle, reuse materials whenever possible, grow fruits, vegetables, herbs, and flowers, raise chickens, and occasionally rescue perfectly good materials from the trash because we see potential instead of waste.

The garden regularly produces tomatoes, berries, herbs, vegetables, and more. If you enjoy gardening, you’re welcome to help plan, plant, harvest, experiment, and share in what grows. If you’d rather just enjoy fresh produce and beautiful spaces, that’s great too.

Someone respectful, reasonably clean, communicative, and easy to live with. Sustainability experience isn’t required. Curiosity, kindness, and respect for the space matter far more than having a perfect composting system.

My fiancé and I are adventure-loving entrepreneurs who spend our free time gardening, caring for animals, tackling creative projects, and enjoying the outdoors. I’m finishing my master’s at CSU while he’s busy running our two businesses.
