A room on the 2nd floor in my house. The kitchen and Laundry Room will be shared between myself and 2 roommates.

I’m the owner of the house. I’m a single 49-year old male. I work 7-4 Monday through Friday in Engineering. I will already have 1 roommate that’s staying and will occupy the other room. He is a 31-year old male. He’s been really great. He usually works just all weekend and off during the week. The other roommate I had Rose, has moved on to another place. My male roommate will share my bathroom, and a female will have their own bathroom if a female takes the room. The house is only 14 years old. I had it built. It’s a 1-1/2 story sitting on 6 acres of wooded lot.
