About the room

The room is partially furnished—there are nightstands, a bookshelf, a shoe rack, and a queen size bed + frame with a zip-up mattress cover on it. The closet has mirrored doors from floor to ceiling and is triple-wide. The bathroom is yours to personalize! It has a tub/shower combo, a shower curtain, and bath mats.

The rest of the apartment is furnished with my mom’s and my own personal belongings. The unit has a balcony, dishwasher, A/C, and heating. The oven/stove is electric, and I have a microwave, little air fryer, and espresso machine. The property includes pools, jacuzzis, propane grills, a package room with lockers, gym, tennis court, basketball court, private assigned parking, and laundry machines in the garage downstairs.

The apartment is also halfway between USC’s two campuses: 15 mins from UPC (and Muesum Row! 🥰), 20 mins from HSC. Downtown is close and if you need to go over the hill, North Hollywood is also about 20 minutes away (outside of commuter traffic of course 😭). The room is available for move-in for July, and the lease ends December 13, 2026.

About the roomies

I am a female graduate student at USC studying to become a librarian. I share this 2br/2ba with my cat Maple, who is turning 4! I originally moved in with my bestie, but she left the state for her own educational journey, so I am now seeking to live and study with a new friend. I am from the high desert and would love to explore LA since I want to get know the city better!
