Large fenced in yard and small shed.The leased Room is the master bedroom with a full bed or queen that has its own bathroom and walk in closet with a den room and is furnished also. Home is fully furnished. Large wall tv, internet ready, and dish ready. Entire property is fenced in and has a chicken coupe and gazebo area for gardening.
About the roomies
There is only one roomie and that is myself and I travel a lot and I am on property once a month for a few days and I do not stay in the home. I have access to be able to paint, clean and upgrade the home and do the yard work when I come into the area. I attend church in the area and enjoy walking, music and working on the property.
