About the room
This is a beautiful peaceful home. Lots of space and lots of privacy. Students have worked great! You get a lot for the price. Own sitting area, private deck, super spacious! Ocean view. Close to mall , restaurants, I have housed students from Mira costa and San Marcos University. Also housed interns from Genentech and other Carlsbad industries. There are bus stops super close by.I have 3 rooms available as of May 2026. Sometimes I have groups of friends rent the rooms! This is a must see property! Lots for the price!!!
About the roomies
I am a recent widow. I am a teacher as well. Looking forward to sharing my large home! We’ll rarely see each other because home is super private. Lots of yard space as well. Bathroom is a jack and Jill so lots of space. All roomies are usually very quiet, laid back, super clean, respectful and kind. We all respect each others boundaries etc.
