Room is on the first floor of a two-story townhome. The entire home has been newly renovated!

You’ll have a private bedroom, balcony, full bathroom with tub, some storage space. You’ll also have a living room with wood fireplace and amazing natural light, access to community pool, and ample off street parking. Utilities are included. Room can also be furnished with queen bed and dresser. No pets.

Friendly community with neighborhood feel tucked between Mississippi and Alameda, providing super quick access to both highway and public transportation

I stay mostly on the top floor. Only using the shared kitchen, laundry, and occasionally the living room. I even have my own entrance door upstairs.
