On the border of Calabasas and Agoura Hills, easy access to highways and Malibu Canyon. Your room comes with a walk-in closet. It’s a medium size room so it can fit a queen bed, dresser etc. Share bathroom with one clean roommate.

The house: large open kitchen with walk-in pantry, eating area, two living rooms, three car garage with gym, so plenty of space for everyone! Separate laundry room with high end washer and dryer. House is mostly furnished but your bedroom. We can make room for nice furniture in the house. Also a pool, patio, and vegetable garden in the backyard!

You must complete the application for landlord and have good credit plus proof of income. We have 11 months left on the lease but there’s an option to renew if it’s a good fit. Move in date is July 31st. but can be earlier. Deposit is one month’s rent.

Your roommates: 2 guys and 1 girl. 20s-late 30s. Open to any gender and in our age range. Must be a professional and gay-friendly. No smoking. No partying. Guests ok once a week or so. Sorry no couples. We have two small friendly dogs and unfortunately we can’t have any more pets. We like to keep the house clean and would like the same from you. We are pretty easy going and keep to ourselves but we love to hang out when we can.
