About the roomies
Besides I stay here sometimes and mostly doing slave labor like keep the place clear. (In my own room with my own bathroom) - You practically have a full bathroom to yourself, the one in the photo.
First floor has one full time worker with his own bathroom also and almost never home and just works all the time. (on top being a super nice person)
2nd floor currently occupied by a full time worker (student taking a break) and a Doctorate in quantum physics (not joking). Everyone is super respectful and quiet, house feels like it’s empty all day.
