This is a 2 bed, 1 bath house in the quiet Village of Otter Lake MI. The house sits on a road with no neighbors, its very peaceful. Otter Lake is almost in my back yard. You would have lake access to go swimming, fishing, boating, or just hanging out on the beach. There is a really nice walking / biking trail that runs close to the house which runs from Columbiaville to Millington, that is 10 miles long that is absolutely beautiful. The entire house, including the room, are furnished. I keep a very clean tidy home. Looking for someone whom is similar. There is central A/C. New carpet in the room for rent. Friendly safe neighborhood.

My names Amber I’m 47, single, son is grown and on his own, I have a 90 lb dog that is very well behaved and trained. I don’t drink or use any drugs. Marijuana doesn’t bother me as long as you smoke outside. I am very sensitive to the smell of cigarettes, so I prefer a non smoker. I don’t want any drama brought in my house. No parties.
