This is a considered to be the largest bedroom on the 3rd floor with its own walk-in closet. This is a large room that can easily accommodate two adults.
Single occupancy - Monthly Rent is $900 or ($750 rent + $150 fixed cost in utilities a month) plus $500 deposit for $1,400 for signing. Double occupancy $1,200 a month and a deposit of $500 for a total of $1,700 due at signing.
We occasionally cookout and socialize, but it is not required.
Utilities in the following: (1 gig high-speed internet, power, water, pest control, lawn care, dishwasher, washer & dryer, and garbage). This house is a brand-new 5 Bedroom 4 Bath house with just over 5,100 square ft. This new home is located in the Reserves in the Highlands. This home is about two minutes from I-20 and about 15 miles/20 minutes from Birmingham, (UAB), 15 minutes from Pell City, and about 15 minutes from Trussville. We plan in the future to provide a jacuzzi, and a swimming pool. The house is about 1-2 miles from Moody City Park, City Hall, and the Police Department. The kitchen is fully equipped and move in ready. Use what we have in the kitchen, just clean up afterwards. We have 3 large stainless-refrigerators and plenty of pantry space. There is an open living room/wreck room/office that is a bonus room on the 3rd floor. We have finger-print/FOB/code locks for front door, back door, and bedroom doors for security.
Great place to stay. All the roomies are cool, and we want to keep it that way.
