Clean & Well-Maintained – Regularly cleaned shared spaces. We have cleaners come every 2-3 weeks to clean up the house and they will clean the room as well upon request.
Friendly & Respectful Atmosphere – Peaceful and drama-free living environment.
Parking Available – Dedicated spot in the driveway
Kitchen Access – Fully equipped kitchen available for cooking.
Separate Bathroom – Clean and well-maintained. This is not a shared bathroom but it is in a common area.
About the roomies
I’m a mid 30s professional who works from home. My home office is downstairs and I am normally in this room most of my day. I tend to be easy going and laxed about most thing but would appreciate that any future roommates would share the same respect as well as strive to keep a cleanly living space.
This is a home that I own and live here with my mom. She will be moving out this year, so only one of the two rooms will be available until then.
Occasional guests are ok, but please no overnight guests passed a weekend.
